2cureX is engaged in patient-focused drug discovery projects within colon and neuronal cancer. The programs are supported by active partnerships with major university hospitals in Scandinavia and commercial partners.

The most progressed project has delivered promising lead candidates that show efficacy in cancerous cells from patients without activity in corresponding healthy cells from the same patients. Matching activity has been confirmed in vivo (animal models). The compounds are being progressed through pre-clinical studies together with commercial partner.
